Cumin Teifi Cheese

Teifi Cumin is based on our Teifi Natural cheese with cumin seeds that are added during the cheesemaking process. A very traditionally Dutch addition, the cumin kicks in towards the end and compliments the creaminess of the cheese. 
A great addition to a curry!
 
Made with Raw milk from Caws Teifi. Each block of cheese weighs between 185g - 200g
